Terms & Conditions for Rewards Program
This section outlines the legal terms and conditions governing our tiered rewards program at The Shine Lab. By participating, you agree to adhere to all specified rules, earning points based on your service usage and redeeming rewards accordingly. The program is subject to change without prior notice, and all disputes are subject to our company’s legal policies.
1. Eligibility
- Open to all active customers of The Shine Lab who have completed at least one detailing package service with us
- Referrals must be new customers who have not previously booked with The Shine Lab.
- All Referrals must complete their booking to trigger rewards
- To be eligible for the Tier 1 status, that reward is issued only once per new client to prevent abuse (e.g., two people referring each other back and forth).
2. Repeat Booking Bonus
- To reward long-term loyalty, we offer a $5 Shine Credit every time your referral completes their 3rd full-service booking (and again on their 6th, 9th, etc.).
This Bonus is:
Only valid once service is completed after their booking
Applied automatically to your account
Stackable with your other milestone rewards
3. Reward Options and Payouts
- Cash rewards are issued via e-transfer after 30 Calendar Days Cycle
Shine Credits are auto-applied to your next service.
Free services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
4. Abuse and Disqualification
- Self-referrals, fraudulent accounts, or exploitation of the system will result in disqualification.
Shine Lab reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if abuse is suspected.
5. Changes and Termination
The Shine Lab reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice.
